DIAGNOSIS – If you get to this screen from the edit screen the diagnosis will automatically appear in the current diagnosis speed search area.  If you get to this screen from the patient select screen you can start to type the discharge instruction that you want and the program will start a search. 
CREATE A DISCHARGE INSTRUCTION – To create a new discharge instruction, type the name of the instruction and click on Use Selected Discharge Instruction.  It will ask you if you want to create a new instruction and then it will take you to a blank instruction.  Simply type in the info you want and then click on “Create a Standard”.  Name the discharge instruction and you are finished.
MULTIPLE DISCHARGE INSTRUCTIONS – To print multiple instructions, double click on each instruction to paste it to the left screen or select each instruction and make your changes and it will be pasted automatically.  You can then print all of them at once.
