Hidden Functions:  Click on any patient then right click the mouse and you will bring up a maintenance screen.  This screen will allow you to: Un-suspend the data on the patient, Go to Un-Suspend Screen, Delete patients assigned prescriptions and discharge instructions, Print a Header, Change Patient number, Edit Patient’s demographics, Assign a Doctor, etc.  You can also get to this screen by simply typing the “U” Key.
Buttons and Functions:
View Record – Displays the current accumulated documentation that a physician has recorded
Patient Registration – Manual registration of patient, used for a STAT patient or when the hospital mainframe is down or doing backups.
Orders-Meds in ED – Places orders for labs, radiology, EKGs, Meds used in the ED, and actions
Previous Visits – Displays all previously recorded medical charts
New Headers – Allows a fast header chart to be recorded.  This also removes the patient from the patient select screen
Discharge Instructions – Select patient, then click this button to go to discharge instruction screen
Prescription – Select patient, then click this button to go to prescription screen
Consultants – Lists all hospital associated physicians
Vital Signs – Select patient, then click this button to go to vital signs screen
