- 8-To the
left of the #8 resides the location column header. Clicking on
this enables the user to change the patients location.
Clicking on the A to the right enables the user to change the
patients acuity. Clicking on each of the green column headers
initiates a pop up that enables the white board to be manipulated.
- 9-Initials
the change user log in.
- 10-If a
private physician needs a demographics sheet, or the patient has an
incomplete visit, the print header command enables the system to
maintain a record of the patient without having to document an
entire record.
- 11-Previous
Visits command enabled the user to view a complete copy of a
previous visit for a particular patient. Be sure to highlight
the desired patient.
- 12-Help
Function-This is the way to stop the program and log out, and also
to run end of shift reports
