Note the six choices in the lower left hand corner of the above screen. In a normally active program choosing one of these by clicking on the circle to the left of your choice will bring up a new screen with pertinent documentation data. After making specific input selections on any certain screen within the nursing course section, the saves the selected data by pressing the Record Button. This will then place the selected data in the active log box, currently occupied by explanatory text in the blue shaded area above.
Press Exit to return to to Active Patient screen, or push Record to continue.
