The yellow circle indicates
the means to view a fields entire contents. In the indicated field,
"Pre Hospital Information, all the choices are visible within the
current field. However, moving to the right, the Triage examination
field has selections that take up the entire field with more systems not in
view. The user can either scroll as indicated by the
red circle down scroll button. Or by clicking the red plus sign
square in the yellow circle the need to scroll is eliminated, and the entire
field pops into view. The blue circle indicates
a text box that is available for additional data input should the desired
descriptor not be present in the choices. This rarely occurs, but in
an effort to maintain system flexibility for optimal performance, the text
box can take data input by two means; 1) Typing or 2) Voice input.
