The above represents a text input box. This is available should the desired selection not exist in the point and click descriptor choices. This box can take data input from typing, or from voice input. To input voice recognition, the system must have the optional Dragon Medical Suite software running on the same desktop, with a Microphone headset available. If this is present, all the user has to do is place the cursor in the above field, activate the microphone, and speak the data into the record.
