Doctor' Choice Discharge Instructions

If you need an flexible, easy to use electronic discharge instruction program, look no further.  You have entered the tutorial page.   This software has over 500 discharge instructions in English and Spanish.  You may also create new instructions on-the-fly for users that wish to have there unique style of practice maintained. These user specified instruction sets may then be saved for use over and over.

Discharge instructions can be accessed from the edit screen or from the Main Active Patient screen.

Press the Discharge button indicated by the yellow circle.
