PAST HISTORY SCREEN
The past medical history screen is illustrated above. The Family History field can be rapidly accessed by a quick pick selection ( yellow circle), or given more specific input through utilizing the rest of the choices within the field.
The red circle represent the fact that this patient has a pertinent cardiovascular history. In this case, the history was automatically loaded from the patient's archived medical record. Now, all that needs to be done is a rapid review for clarification, and adding any new medical history since the last visit.
PEARL: Notice the blue circle. Within the region is a dotted line. When a dotted line appears in a field, this indicated to the user that the most commonly utilized selections reside above this line.
